A large number of accessories were
developed for the M1 Garand Rifle during the three wars that it saw service in.
Many folks who own Garands find that
they would like to to enhance their collection or display by obtaining a few items
that went with the rifle. On the following pages we talk about a few of the items
that would be appropriate to display. In
addition, just like on the nomenclature pages, we have included not only photographs
of the items themselves, but tried to include other W.W.II memorabilia which give
context to the time and place where these items were used. In addition the ancillary
items in the photographs may provide visual clues as to the size of the accessory
