The Ejector and Ejector Spring go
in next. If we have disassembled the two of them
it is a simple process to push them back together
before placing them into the bolt.
To replace the ejector
assembly just slide it into the hole underneath
the firing pin on the bolt face. Press it in as
far as it will go without having to depress the
spring.
NOTE: It is important
that the ejector be oriented so that the cut out
on the shaft is facing to the right hand side of
the bolt (towards where the extractor will go).
When we have accomplished
this task, the bolt will look like it does above.
It is now time
to do the most challenging part of the bolt re-assembly.
